You will submerged in the amazing journey of 'Willy Wonka' and the chocolate company, where we blend business with technology.

DESCRIPTION
Based on real-life scenario's and business cases you will be part of a Belgian 'Chocolate Company'. During these scenario's you will experience the different added values what technology can bring for you people, processes and customers.
Starting from a strategic vision different solutions from the Microsoft PowerPlatform will be shown during these A to Z Business scenarios.

CONTENTS
Following topics will be treated:

• Microsoft PowerApps in helping building our mobile lead follow-up application. This mobile application can be used by our sales people when being present at the yearly 'Salon du Chocolat' 
• Microsoft Dataverse as the horizontal datalayer for getting our lead data to our customer department
• The ModelDriven App within MS PowerApps in order to perform our lead qualification for our backoffice people
• MS Teams as our centralized collaboration app where our customer service colleagues are informed about our new leads
• MS PowerAutomate and linked approvals in MS Teams where our Finance department can do approval after credit check being performed
• MS PowerAutomate as being the glue between our CRM data and customer data in our ERP Dynamics Business Central
• Dynamics 365 Outlook integration in order to automatically synchronize mail and appointment information into our CRM-system. Efficiency right?
• Auto-invoicing OCR scanning thanks to Microsoft AI Builder and linking it with Robotic Processing Automation (RPA). Automation of one of our legacy processes into the cloud
• Clear data insights into our United States (US) sales thanks to MS Power BI and linking it with MS Dataverse
• Inspiration on how DataLossPrevention (DLP) can be applied in relationship with GDPR compliancy
• Thanks to the Center of Excellence kit (CoE) a way to set up a governance structure for our 'Citizen Development' approach
• Our Chocolat bot which can help our customers in having some first level information and a great customer experience. In this we will apply MS Power VirtualAgents and AtBot as bot solutions.
